Through Express Maintenance Service (EM), we guarantee a 60-minute servicing lead time through our Appointment System. Customers receive regular maintenance reminders through a Maintenance Reminder System.
To ensure smooth processing of your servicing needs upon arrival at our dealership, please observe the following procedures:
HOW DO I AVAIL OF EM SERVICE?
- Step 1:
You can schedule your service visit by calling (036) 620-2407 – 08 or 0917-6724324 | 0998-8647841 at least 2-3 days earlier. Ms. Richelle Ann Patricio or Mr. Mae Ann Diva will be happy to assist you.
- Step 2:
Please arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before your appointed schedule for the reception process and confirmation of work order.
- Step 3:
Inform the Service Advisor of your desired SERIES type (5T Km Series, 10T Km series, 20T Km Series, 40T Km series).
SERVICE WITHOUT APPOINTMENT / WALK-INS
Walk-in customers shall be entertained on a “First Come, First Serve” basis.
